It also looks like a Windows host with no evidence of an X server that would support Xwindows clients, and an OpenVZ 2.6.18-028stab099.2 OpenVZ kernel - not real CentOS at all. As a minimum you need an
X server on Windows. You would probably find it more efficient to run the window manager native on Windows and run X clients.
If more help is needed then please
provide more information about your system by running "./getinfo.sh" on the maybe-CentOS VM and showing us the output file, along with more information about the host and the network environment.
