I can't find any definition of anaconda error 27, and no such error is mentioned on the
Anaconda Error Messages page. Since the system seems to be working I'd be prone to ignore it. As far as not ejecting the media, some drives seem to respond to that better than others, and that's pretty minor.
I don't see anything in your system information that might be relevant to the errors, but I will comment [OT] that you should immediately "yum update" to take advantage of the many security and bug-fix errata released since 6.2. That's a pretty small "/" partition and since you did not use LVM that could come back to haunt you, but can be worked around in several different ways, so not a fatal error.
