We tested in HP DL 120.
we wrote log by syslog(or rsyslog) continueally in 1msec sleep.
After a period of time (about 1~2days), We saw hdparm speed.
---------------------------------------------------------
In HP (CentOS 5.4, rsyslog 3.22)
hdparm -t /dev/sda : speed is 54.48 MB/sec in average.
In HP (CentOS 6.2, rsyslog-4.6.2-12.el6.x86_64)
hdparm -t /dev/sda : speed is 115.13 MB/sec in average.
-----------------------------------------------------------

In CentOS 5.4, system is more slowly.
How can I fix this problems.

I bag your answer.
Thank you.
