Not something I've done but a google on postfix virtual accounts howto looks promising. Might further qualify with postfix virtual accounts howto centOS OR rhel OR "red hat enterprise linux", etc.

Hi all,
I am trying to setup postfix/dovecot email server and looking on postfix site saying how to setup virtual hosts, mailboxes does not suggest how to set the login credentials, so i am wondering how you set the user and password to login with. I have configured one setup and it all works, but I would like to login with user@domains and as the way i did it using a UNIX account you can not use the user@ on UNIX accounts. This is when I found the how guide on postfix site but i'm just wondering like I said how to set the user and pass for a virtual account as the account does not really exist. Many Thanks |
