Welcome to the CentOS fora. Please see the recommended reading for new users linked in my signature.

If still having issues after updating to 5.8 try running memtest86+ at least overnight. Longer is better.

If more help is needed then please provide more information about your system by running "./getinfo.sh" and showing us the output file.

That looks like a RAM problem.
5.6 is old. The current version is 5.8.
You should run yum update and see if the problem persists.

Hi,

I'm using java tests (with testng) which advance cent os system time for testing purposes . But after some time system automatically log out.

dmesg gives,
