[SOLVED] Upgrade to Centos 6.2 lost video and sound

I just upgraded to Centos 6.2 and lost video and sound.

I'm using an ATI HD radeon 54XX card. I had to uninstall the previous ati driver and then
reinstall the same ati driver. Then I got my video back.

I'm still missing sound. I get a message through KDE stating that one or more internal sound
devices were removed and it lists the PulseAudio Sound Server.

Then the pulseaudio sound server is "greyed out" in the Multimedia System Settings page.

# This is the default, if you make this bigger yum won't see if the metadata
# is newer on the remote and so you'll "gain" the bandwidth of not having to
# download the new metadata and "pay" for it by yum not having correct
# information.
# It is esp. important, to have correct metadata, for distributions like
# Fedora which don't keep old packages around. If you don't like this checking
# interupting your command line usage, it's much better to have something
# manually check the metadata once an hour (yum-updatesd will do this).
# metadata_expire=90m
