Browsing through the log I start to see this:
Jan 5 06:52:37 cp1 smartd[4262]: Device: /dev/sdd, 20 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors
Jan 5 06:52:37 cp1 smartd[4262]: Device: /dev/sdd, 15 Offline uncorrectable sectors

That doesn't look good...

No, indeed not, if you have a server with RAID then change the faulty drive which gives you problems, hopefully you have backups just in case.

good luck, I wish you all you will need it.

Welcome to the CentOS fora. Please see the recommended reading for new users linked in my signature.

Please provide more information about your system by running "./getinfo.sh" and showing us the output file.

Indeed not. That's a failing disk and you should replace it ASAP. Whether it is the cause of your freezes is another question...

Ive never had to post here because I have never had any trouble with Cent. Every about 12 hours the server goes unresponsive and I have to go and Cntl + Alt + Del it to restart it. I was doing it before until I destroyed the bond on the NIC cards then it was fine for a few days. Now nothing. The Logs don't show very much except for something about SELinux blocking pearl from loading. I think that is strange because I have SELinux disabled. If anyone could please help soon, it is my main CPanel server and I'm going to have some unhappy customers.

Browsing through the log I start to see this:
