Packets are not being answered from anywhere but from local net.
Depending on your network setup this could mean:
* Router is not doing NAT correctly
* Network behind router has no route back to 192.168.0.0/24

Re: ipmitool result, what mean cols on HP DL380 server
As it is about temperatures, this looks like some kind of a threshold.
You should see a detailed description of all values with ipmitool with option -v

Re: Ethernet Connection
If there are restrictions, there's a reason. So first of all, you should ensure that you are authorized to operate your own device within your employer's IT infrastructure. To connect your rpi I'd suggest to run an dhcp-server on centos system. This way you won't need to touch the rpi as it is confi...

Re: Ethernet Connection
I tried connecting RPI on the router but the problem is the network has restrictions and refuses the connection when I try to ssh. Are you running rasbian? Since some time ssh is disabled by default. Look here how to enable it (section 3): https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/remote-access/ssh/

Example (temporary!): On hosts at 192.168.0.0/24 network: ip route add 1...

Re: NIC Teaming
NIC teaming is called bonding on Linux. Here you'll find a wiki article for setup: https://wiki.centos.org/TipsAndTricks/BondingInterfaces Also have a look at old but good bonding howto as it covers aspects regarding multiple switch setups: https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/networking/bonding...

Re: OpenVPN: Clients can connect to each other but not the server
As long as there is no firewall preventing connections it must be an routing issue.
What happens if you traceroute/tracepath to tunnel endpoint?
1) from client to server
2) from server to client
