Rocky Linux. We migrated our centOS 7 boxes to it and used the conversion script on the few centOS 8 boxes we had. Worked fine.

We moved to rocky last year at work. I do not like that style of board (I think it is discourse). This board (phpBB) or xenforo are much better forum software. We moved all of our production servers to Rocky Linux last year. It's been fine so far, but I also found out you can get a free RHEL developer subscription that lets you run RHEL for free for up to 16 servers I think.
