Yes, 555 is [b]Read-eXecute[/b] not Read-Write -> 666 or RWX -> 777

chmod it with your root account to appropriate privileges that dir needs.

Well, after trying it over and over again, I may have found out that my Terminal client software (SecureCRT) gives the key to the server if I was previously connected to it. If I don't connect to both remote servers, then one remote server can't connect to other without key. So I think it's the prob...
