[SOLVED] Openssh 3.9/4.x on CentOS 5.5/"RHL4" (CVE-2008-1483, the one that got away?)

There's something I can't grasp about openssh and CVE-2008-1483, and am now not passing my PCI scan. Their criteria is that my openssh package is < 4.3. They commonly use simple major/minor version numbers as criteria, so I'm constantly filling out appeals. But this time I can't find enough evidence...
