Get randr 1.2 support in CentOS 5

As I understands it I need Xorg 7.3 if I want randr 1.2 support. Which in turn I need for rotation / pivot support in the ATI fglrx driver.
Have been looking for Xorg 7.3 / randr 1.2 rpms but has not found any el5 packages. Any chance of adding this to extras / testing repos ?
