Module stream versions are tied to certain timestamps which means you can't rebuild the RHEL or Fedora and get the exact same version name.
Does this mean that CentOS will no longer be 1:1 with RHEL because the names of the RPMS will no longer be the same?
Or is there some plan to 'change buildtime/rename RPM' to get 1:1 with RHEL?

What's in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet
Doesn't CentOS even now (and in the past) offer compatible, rather than identical packages? Names don't dictate.

My assumption will be that the modules and the actual packages in the modules will be the same, just the final naming (the part with the time stamp) will be a bit different.

This is a uneducated assumption, though.
