were are the mirror that you downloaded from? all i get is 403 forbidden

I guess I am a little surprised that there are not more ISOs to choose from. It looks like a 600Mb and a 7.7Gb. Particularly that there does not seem to be a 4.4Gb(ish) version.

up and running!
btw: tried to install under KVM with GUI and got DNF error: Error in POSTTRANS scriptlet in rpm package kernel-core.
Text-based install works...
filled a bug over here:
https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=16445

i modifed my repo files to adjust baseurl to working mirrors
but you shouldn't have that issue now if all mirrors are populated
