while checking load average , 5 and 15 min average shown above 2 Lakh but current avg load is below 20 .

What's the output from uname -a ?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

So you are at least 2 point releases behind. Update to 7.7 and kernel 3.10.0-1062.1.1.el7 and retry.

Other servers running with same version but there are no issue on those server .

Keeping software up to date should be the first and default option without a question.
