Centos8 server qcow2 image with cloud-init is not yet released

Our team wants to use centos8 server image with prebuilt cloud-init package to roll out instances on openstack based platform , Any idea on when this minimal qcow2 image for centos8 will be released. I can see in build status of centos8 that qcow2 is under build.
Is there any other alternative to this , The Images available for centos8 are all gui based.
