As simple as; Twitter client?

Hi all.
It seems to me that CentOs have an issue with Twitter, since there is no native client available in any repo I can locate. I would like my twitter-client to get patched and updated like the rest of my system...
Adding a repo is ok, but seems to me there's nothing out there.
"choqok" or even "birdie" is missing. For now I'm running Tweetdeck in Firefox, but a nice little client would be nice... (Like Fedora has, just sayin' :D )
Wishing for an addition in the repositories for christmas, maybe?
If someone have a suggestion on how to install "choqok" on my CentOs7, I'd be very happy!
And yes, I'm new to CentOS, but not to GNU/Linux, so this is my first computer with CentOs, except for a virtual installation...

If there are clients in Fedora then you might try searching bugzilla.redhat.com to see if the are entries there already requesting the Fedora maintainer to build it for the Fedora EPEL repo. If there isn't one then try raising one.

I doubt that any one of these application will still work, so porting them to CentOS/RHEL is useless.

Thank you, that might be an idea. Make December a Twitter-awareness-month for CentOs /RedHat :D
