how to extend the /home

Dear Experts


I already install OS ( Centos ) and some application but Now I want to add the another hard disk ... so i want to Extended the /home .....only home extend
please help me ...

If you took defaults, then you probably have logical volumes. Is /home a separate partition or is it part of /, which would be the default.
Regardless, if you have logical volumes, once you install the new hard drive, you can create a new physical volume and extend the logical volume onto it.

You can also just mount the new hard drive as a sub directory of your current /home. Copy the contents of /home/user to the new drive and then mount that drive to /home/user .
