Invalid opcode:0000

My server start to work strage, when I reboot it, it works for 5 minutes than I get this on screen. It started today at night!
I have no Idea how so solve this, can someone help please?

The information that appears on the screen is not enough to collect details about the crash. What is the kernel version? Can you boot to an earlier version and see if that boots?

yes I can boot into 5 differend kernels, but it is aways the same, this server was fully updated.
it goes further than it reboot itself.

Try downloading and running memtest86+ for at least 12 hours, preferably longer. This looks and sounds like a hardware error.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

I have the same thought too.
I will setup new server and when it is operational I will digaose this one
