Moodle Filepicker crash apache

Hi, I have a strange problem with moodle, when a user open a filepicker , sometime apache crash , I have to restart the service every time. I tryed everything to fix the problem but no sucess. I am on vps server centos 6. Does anyone know what can cause this problem?

Any informative error messages in the log?

That's what you get when someone stops the server - i.e. root ran systemctl stop httpd
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

I looked all the logs and found nothing wrong

I have this problem only on the school network, what can do that ? proxy ? firewall ?
