Hi Friends,

We are running 400 end users network and now we have a requirement for web site content filtering.So please guide me what is the best for my requirement.

Server OS : CENTOS 6

client side: windows + linux

Have a look at squid from CentOS and squidguard and squidguard-blacklists from [url=http://wiki.centos.org/Repositories/RPMForge]RPMforge repo[/url].

Your best bet is Dansguardian, its very easy to install and configure just google for instructions to set it up.
