kindly go through the screen shot. getting the error message "kernal panic - not syncing : attempted to kill init" on centos 6 . what is the issue ?. How to resolve this

Did it work before, or is it a new installation?
If it's an old installation, did you make any changes?
Can you boot with the rescue kernel?
If you get it running, you should update the system - you're
using kernel 2.6.32-358 which is six years old.
