Hello Guys

I have a Dell server on Centos/RHEL 6 with following network hardware :

I was just looking at ELREPO and noticed that there are drivers for e1000e . Up to this point I had not thought much about it , but is there an advantage to installing the ELREPO drivers over the stock ones that come with the distro ? If it would make the network more stable/faster I would be all for it .
