hello i want to create a new vpn server. i don't know how memory hdd cpu use. please Give advice

Assuming you mean openvpn, the requirements aren't too intense. Try googling openvpn system requirements, and one of the first hits will be https://openvpn.net/vpn-server-resource ... uirements/ which explains why it can be difficult to specify hardware requirements as it will vary, depending upon th use of your server. They mention 1 GB of memory as a minimum, however, that's pretty low.
