You use the utilities to read it: last -20 -f /var/log/wtmp-20151103 for example...
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

If I want to delete one entry of login details,
how to do that.

You don't. And no-one here is going to help you since the only reasons for doing so are to hide activity that is not permitted.
