Hi!
I am running a home server with CentOS 4.4 with a jfs enabled kernel from the centosplus repository. I want to upgrade to CentOS 5 because it has better support for my hardware. Since I have a large jfs partition and want to keep the contents on that partition, I wonder if the kernel on the disc has builtin support for jfs? With FC, I type linux jfs at the command prompt to get support for this filesystem.

Re: jfs support
The Standard kernel does not have JFS support ... the centosplus kernel will.
I hope to build that sometime this weekend.
