Hi
Here have a hot potato for me,need some help!!!

I have a storage server that installed CentOS5.8!
And Cpu is E3-1230v2(Ivy Bridge),memory is 8G(4G*2),then I take some performance testing by XDD of 12 disks, throughput only have 600MB.Some changes can be improve the throughput to 1800MB+ as below
1.Increase the physical memory to 16G,and greater than 8G not be tied up.
or
2.Change CPU to E3-1220 or 1275 (Sandy Bridge)
or
3.Change OS to CentOS6.3

I don't know what is related to this, need somebody give me a suggestion!
