"freezing" is meaning that the computer is halt. it does not work.

You need to provide more information than that.
Do you see any messages? Is there anything in the logs? Note, this is the third time I have asked the same questions and have yet to receive a reply.
Are the keyboard lights flashing?
Are you using a graphical login or command line?
Can you use Ctrl-Alt-F2 (or F3, F4 etc) to switch to a different logical terminal?
Can you ping the IP address of this machine from another one?
Does Ctrl-Alt-Delete work to reboot the machine or do you need to use the reset or power button?

I do not see any messages on screen. There is no anything in the logs.

I am using command line.
I tried to use Ctrl+ALT+F2 or F3 , F4 and so far. The machine is not responsing.
I did ping the IP address of this machine from another machine. This is no responsing time. Lost 100%
Ctrl + Alt + Del keys does not work to reboot the machine. I need to user the reset button and power button as well.
