Install cent OS 5.4 on Toshiba C50-A Notebook

After the installation i can not find the ifcfg-eth0 file. my lspci command output is
01:00.0 Ethernet Controller : Attansic Technology Corp. Unknown Device 1090 (rev10)

ifconfig -a output does not show interface as eth0 but it shows a sit0 without a hardware address

replace references to eth0 with sit0
