VFS: Can't find ext3 filesystem

Hi,

Last night our server went down due to a cut power supply. (fujistsu RX100S3 with a fake raid controler)

When i try to power on the server i have this error:

Red hat Nash veresion 5.1.19.6 starting
Reading all phyusical volumes. this may take a wile...
Found colume group "VolGroup00" using metadata type lvm2
2 logical volume(s) in volume group "VolGroup00" now active
VFS: Can't find ext3 filesystem on dev dm-3
mount: error mounting /dev/root on /sysroot as ext3: Invalid argument
setuproot: moving /dev falied: Bo such file or directory
setuproot: error mountig /proc: No such file or directory
setuproot: error mountig /sys: No such file or directory
switchroot: mount failed: No such file or directory
Kernel panic -- not syncing

what can i do?
