Nothing in CentOS provides the files that are generating those errors. They must be from packages that you have installed from non-CentOS repos or that you've used a source install to provide. Or maybe you run a control panel like cpanel and they provided them?

I have installed control panel: directadmin. How can I fix that?

You'll need to talk to DirectAdmin since it sounds like this is their stuff reporting errors.
