I got mail server c 5.11 + sendmail + dovecot with smtp autorization which work very good with hosts.
My problem is copier /printer konica c353 i try to use to send scans over mail.
I tried everything is in copier setup but still my mail server says:
konica1.xxx.yyy [192.168.0.3] did not issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN during connection to MTA
Where I find some info about this configuration to solve this issue?

Nothing. Sendmail print in /var/log/maillog, and this is what I wrote first
