Configuring an Auto Reply on CentOS 5 Mail Server

Good Morning All, I would like to know how i configure an Auto Reply on CentOS 5 Mail server. The mail clients are running Microsoft Outlook 2010.

I'm no mail-server expert, but as far as I know the auto-reply is configured by the client and not the server. I would be glad to be proven wrong.
