Hi,
I got two ideas I saw on other forums:
1- 'Check here to mark this support thread as solved' checkbox aside to the title or with the 4 options in the options section on the reply composition page. This check box should work by adding the [SOLVED] at the beginning of the thread title.
2- Under every member's name and details:
Distributions with experience level:
For example:
MEMBER_NAME
Fedora xxxx
Ubuntu xxxxx
Centos x
PCLinuxOS x
.....
up to say..5 distributions
Two ideas
