How to report spam?

How can I report spam in the forums? Or should I do nothing and assume the moderators will see the spam?
Moderators remove spam posts as they are found. Currently timezones of all moderators combined do not cover 24 hrs globally though.
You can contact one or more of the moderators through email or PM.
