I have problem to use tty.
I can get all four port status.
But when I use putty to test them.
I got no response from them.
Could you please give me some advice?

Read the doc for your hardware that controls the TTYs in question and set the putty settings to those. It may want the exact baud rate set as well as the various parity and stop bits configured. In many cases a serial port just won't work if you have any of those wrong.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
