Are the process of installing Linux distros by PXE same? For example, https://wiki.debian.org/PXEBootInstall is for Debian and for CentOS, the only part that need changes is "Provide the boot image" ?

(To be honest I did not look at those instructions and merely assume that there is nothing of importance. Similar "howto's" can be found for RHEL and CentOS.)
Oh, most instructions are for legacy BIOS mode. I recommend UEFI-based config; most hardware supports it and GPT is more flexible than MBR. DHCP has to give bit different values and bootloader in TFTP server can be GRUB rather than syslinux. PXE can support both legacy and UEFI clients.

The IP address of server "192.168.0.2 the Server (will host a DHCP and TFTP server)" must be static?
