Hello.
We have a SuperMicro SYS-5019C-MR with a CentOS 7.6.1810 installed, with 4 8TB disks on RAID 5.
That morning, we've found the system not responding and when we have entered with IPMI, we have found the message on the Subject.
hid-generic usb_submit_urb(ctrl) failed -19
I've been trying to find what means the -19 error, but found nothing.
Can anybody help me?
thanks in advance

Re: hid-generic usb_submit_urb(ctrl) failed -19
A USB hid device is a "Human Interface Device", e.g. keyboard, mouse etc. It's unlikely to be involved in your problem unless it was only the keyboard that was unresponsive (i.e. ssh etc still worked).
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

There's no crash in those messages.
