Hello!
I have a CentOS 7 server and would like to use it as a file sharing server (using SFTP).
I would like to login to Filezilla, right click and copy the URL of a specific file then be able to share it. I was wondering if it would be possible to share files under a specific domain name (such as https://cdn.domainname.com/files/image.png) and if anyone had any material they knew of, if you could share that with me?
Any guidance on this would be fantastic.
Have a nice day!
SFTP Domain Name Sharing
Re: SFTP Domain Name Sharing
That's going to be a question for the filezilla people.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

Re: SFTP Domain Name Sharing
Hi,
It doesn't specifically have to be FileZilla, it can be any SFTP client but I was wondering how I could set everything up in CentOS? I presume I then just point an A record to cdn.domain to the CentOS IP?

Don't understand what you're trying to do - could you be more specific?
