I have FreePBX system based on CentOS 7.
There are LVM in RAID1.
After power fail system can't boot properly and drop to emergency status.
lvm command sys that main LV is inactive and can't be activated due to dm-raid module in this status.
I found solution viewtopic.php?t=63988
1. Boot in recovery mode check
2. change root check
3. mount devices not need them was mounted automatically
4. use dracut -f to rebuild initramfs failed
