YUM and EPEL Error while installing of any software or updates

Dear all,

I am new to this 7 version. I have been getting error with epel and yum. Please check the image attached and suggest the solution.

yum --disablerepo=epel update epel-release ca-certificates
yum clean all

Is your network working? Is your DNS resolution working? Can you ping mirrors.fedoraproject.org ? Are you behind a web proxy?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

Yes. I have connected with mobile wifi. I am not using of any proxy currently.

For Every commend which includes of yum I am getting of same display.

4 questions, 2 answers... the remaining 2:
