centos 7.6 apache 2.4
I get this message when I try to access phpmyadmin locally on server
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin on this server.

I did setenforce 0
restart apache
here is my phpmyadmin.conf

And are you using it from localhost?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

yes
I also put my ip in it and it is the same
Require ip 127.0.0.1 198.72.176.22

when I remove /etc/httpd/conf.d/phpmyadmin.conf it is also the same like there is another phpmyadmin.conf
