named service permanently restarting.

Hello,

Services on my Centos7, eg. named,spamassassin permanently restarting. Below part of my message log:

Oct 29 07:12:23 h1 systemd: spamassassin.service start operation timed out. Terminating.
Oct 29 07:12:23 h1 systemd: Failed to start Spamassassin daemon.
Oct 29 07:12:23 h1 systemd: Unit spamassassin.service entered failed state.
Oct 29 07:12:23 h1 systemd: spamassassin.service failed.
Oct 29 07:12:24 h1 systemd: spamassassin.service holdoff time over, scheduling restart.
Oct 29 07:12:24 h1 systemd: Stopped Spamassassin daemon.
Oct 29 07:12:24 h1 systemd: Starting Spamassassin daemon...
Oct 29 07:12:27 h1 systemd: Can't open PID file /var/run/spamd.pid (yet?) after start: Bad file descriptor

In my log's, I don't have any other information. What could be the reason ?

They're not permanently restarting. They are not starting at all. Then it times out and it kills it and tries again.

When did you last reboot?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
