Hello,
need help on how to configure CentOS 7 which is the server of my webapp to allow access of my webapp through the internet.
local address of my webapp is http://192.168.169.128:36007/queuemetrics
I can access the local address on any devices in LAN
I want to access my webapp outside our network through the public ip address of the server: 24.250.117.114
How can I accomplish this? need help
--FD360
access webapp through public ip address
Re: access webapp through public ip address
This is not a CentOS question. You will need to set up port forwarding rules on your firewall/router to redirect requests to port 36007 on your internal network. We can't tell you how to do that as it's a function of your firewall/router and each model would be different.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
