Dear All,

I have almost similar problem with my Centos 7 system,
my internet is connected trough cable, it works fine.
But, every time I shut down the PC the internet would be disabled and I need sometimes to shut down and turn on several times
to fix the issue.
(Also, sometimes I need to shut down and put the plug off for 20 sec and turn on again.)

I would be thankful for your help.

I've seen this kind of thing on cheap mobos, try resetting or updating the BIOS


also take a look at
cat /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-XXXX | grep -i boot
ONBOOT=yes
