I am interested in using one good software package to fulfill antivirus and malware and whatever else protection...
These software packages abound for windows... mcafee, symantec, avast, kasperksky, windows security essentials (defender) take your pic from hundreds of "best security software" articles for windows.
what do we have for linux [rhel/centos 7] and what's good? Anything good from EPEL ?
security / antivirus / malware software for linux [centos]
Re: security / antivirus / malware software for linux [centos]
clamav is in EPEL. It's the only non-commerical anti-virus for linux that I know of though sophos/mcafee and maybe kaspersky used to have linux pay-for versions (all of which got universal feedback for being rubbish)
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
