I have updated my kernel to be Linux 3.10.0-957.27.2.el7.x86_64 x86_64
Does this include the patch?
kernel security updates for SACK blocks & co
Re: kernel security updates for SACK blocks & co
Split topic away from a similar one in the CentOS 6 forums.
The first version of the CentOS 7 kernel to include the SACK fixes was kernel-3.10.0-957.21.3.el7.x86_64 and subsequent (higher!) versions will also contain it. Since 3.10.0-957.27.2.el7.x86_64 > 3.10.0-957.21.3.el7.x86_64, you have the fixed version.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
