centos 7.5 security patch updates offline

Please guide how to updates centos 7.5 security patches offline.

Is there any list of RPMs for the same so that we can download manually and apply in servers.

Mirror the CentOS 7.9 'base' and 'updates' repo to your local system using rsync and create a .repo file in /etc/yum.repos.d to point to it and then disable all other repos and enable that one. Since it sounds like the system you want to update is not connected to the internet, you may need to mirror it on another machine then write the whole thing to a DVD or USB stick and sneakernet it to the machine in question. You will need at least 50GB to do this - that's how large my CentOS 7 local mirror is and I exclude a bunch of useless stuff from that so it's probably more than that. That sort of rules out DVD so you would need an optical drive capable of reading 100GB Bluray discs... USB stick is probably easier!
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
