The last security advisory release dates to August 2023. These advisories are essential as they serve as an official security confirmation for the information in Red Hat advisories as well as affected package versions. As CentOS 7 is supported until June 2024, when can we expect the security advisories to be released?

Re: Missing Security Advisories since August 2023
Since this question has been asked before and I have relayed it to the maintainer and nothing has happened, I would suggest that you write to the CentOS mailing list and ask there so the question is more public and might gather some more attention.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
