Neither of the repositories is from CentOS Stream 9; both are third-party repos.
That means that they have been explicitly added -- presumably by someone that knows what they are doing.

(The CentOS Stream overall is for those that need to test something with development version -- not for "production".)

There is nothing that we can do to fix these problems for you. You or someone with root on your system has installed thesse non-
CentOS repos and you will need to disable or remove them if they no longer work.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
